Keto Blueberry Muffins | Keller South Lake Moms

If you are like me and always trying to cut the carbs but still have a major sweet tooth, these muffins are meant for you! This recipe is super easy to make and makes about 12 muffins!

 

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups almond flour
2/3 Swerve Sweetner
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup blueberries

Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper muffin cups.
2.) Mix eggs, yogurt, vanilla and Swerve until combined. Then add in almond flour and baking powder. Once mixed, slowly add in blueberries carefully not to crush them.
3.)Pour muffin mix into baking cups.
4.)Bake in oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
