Tell us a little about yourself…
Hi y’all! I’m 27, happily married with a crazy cool little 3 year old sidekick! I’m the owner of The Laundry Room DFW. I’m an advocate for mental health. I’m all about positive vibes and spreading the love!
How many kiddos do you have and what are their ages?
I have 1 little boy. His name is Maximus Gabriel. He’s 3.5 years old.
What is your favorite thing about being a mom?
My favorite thing about being a mom would be having fun conversations about dump trucks and Dino’s after school. Hearing “I love you mama, you’re my best friend” before bedtime is the cherry on top!
How did you end up in DFW?
I moved here 5 years ago With hopes of becoming a flight attendant, I didn’t get the job, I was bummed but just 2 short weeks later I found out little Maxi was on his way. God had a plan!
What is your favorite thing/place in DFW?
Joe T Garcia’s was my first date with my now hubby, lots of special memories there. Also who doesn’t love the Fort Worth zoo?
What do you like to do for some “me” time?
A hot bubble bath with a glass of wine and a good book is a total must!
Tell us about your business/career?
The Laundry Room DFW was born in October of 2019. We offer pick up drop off laundry services. Wash, Fluff, Fold, Hang & Iron. This has been a total blessing for my family and I. As we continue to grow, we learn! “Making your life easier one load at a time”
What do you love about your career?
I love that I am my own boss!
How do you juggle your career and being a mom?
Easily, he’s the boss and I follow the lead kidding, well kind of. I work my schedule around Max’s schedule and it works well this way!
What is a piece of advice you have for other moms?
Take one day at a time, love your little ones big time, be patient, walk away when needed. They are as young as they will ever be in this very moment so buckle up and enjoy the ride.
